The Project
A 3 bedroom 1930s end of terrace in rural Gloucestershire complete with original (rotten) windows, a leaky roof, no heating or hot water, a decent sized garden with beautiful views over woodland & bags of potential!
It had been built as part of a charitable development in the 1930s as a low cost rental for local factory employees and their families.
We only were its second ever owners!
For 80 years, it had seen families come and go but only essential maintenance and improvements had been carried out in order to keep its rental low and provide an affordable home for those who lived in it; so it need a lot of work and TLC.
